1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup crisco (shortening)
5 Tbsp. very cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together and rub between hands until like tiny peas. :)
Add 5 Tbsp. very cold water and toss with fork.

Put on large sheet of waxed paper, fold over one time, flatten with hand and fold over one more time, press and fold over a third time. Divide in 3 parts.

Roll in circle and put in ungreased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes. WATCH.
