4 Eggs, 1 2/3 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Oil, 2 Cup Pumpkin, 2 Cup Flour, 2 teas Baking Powder, 2 Teas Cinnamon, 1 teas Salt, 1 teas Baking Soda

Frosting: 3 oz. Cream Cheese, 1/2 Cup Butter, 1 teas Vanilla, 2 Cup Powdered Sugar.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine wet ingredients and beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat again. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet with sides. 15X10X1. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Let Cool and Frost.
