1 can green beans
1 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
