3 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 2 Tablespoons flour 1 cup milk 1 cup coconut (grated) 1 stick margarine
Cook all ingredients in double boiler till thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add 6 Tablespoons sugar. Fold into egg whites. Pour over pie filling. Brown in oven slowly.
