1/2 cup of shortening
3/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugar. Add egg.
3. Sift in flour, baking soda and salt. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving
