4 soft French or sourdough rolls
1/4 C. mayo
8 oz. sliced cooked chicken or smoked cooked chicken
2 oz. thinly sliced Canadian-style bacon or cooked ham
8 oz. sliced smoked cheddar or provolone cheese
fresh spinach leaves or baby lettuce
1/4 to 1/2 bottled fruit chutney

Preheat broiler. Meanwhile, split each roll in half horizontally. To assemble sandwiches, spread cut sides of roll with mayo. Layer chicken, Canadian-bacon, cheese, and spinach on bottom halves of rolls. Spread 1-2 T. chutney on cut side of each roll top. Replace top halves of rolls. place sandwiches in preheated broiler, cook about 6 min. or until cheese melts and rolls are crisp.
