2 T. honey
1 1/2 t. finely shredded orange peel
2 T. orange juice
2 T. vinegar
1 T. finely chopped onion
1/8 t. salt
dash of black pepper
1/3 C. salad oil
1 t. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In a small food processor or a blender combine honey, orange peel, orange juice, vinegar, onion, salt, and pepper. Cover and process or blend until combined. With processor or blender running, slowly add oil in a steady stream until mixture is thickened. Stir in poppy seeds. Serve immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week. Stir or shake well before using.
