3/4 cup sugar
1/2 bisquick
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
1 13oz can evaporated milk
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes on 350.
