2 8oz packages cream cheese (softened) 2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. In cup cake liners, place 1 vanilla wafers in each. Fill cup cake tins about 1/2 with mixture. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes and let cool. With 1 can of cherry pie filling, put 3 cherries and some sauce in each one. If desired can use blueberries or other fruits.
