Batter: 3 cups flour 1 ½ cup sugar 1 ½ T. baking powder 1 ½ t. salt ½ cup butter (soft) 1 ½ cups milk 2 eggs Streusel: 1/3 cup brown sugar ¼ cup flour 3 T. firm butter ½ t. cinnamon ½ cup of nuts, coconut or chocolate chips (optional) Mix until crumbly
Mix all batter ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 12 x 17 x 1 inch pan. Top with the streusel. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until done (use a toothpick to check)
