Batter:
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. salt
cup butter (soft)
1 cups milk
2 eggs

Streusel:
1/3 cup brown sugar
cup flour
3 T. firm butter
t. cinnamon
cup of nuts, coconut or chocolate chips (optional)
Mix until crumbly

Directions:

Mix all batter ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 12 x 17 x 1 inch pan. Top with the streusel. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done (use a toothpick to check)
