1 pound ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (11 1/8 oz.) condensed Italian tomato soup, undiluted
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (32 oz.) frozen tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
In an skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add soup and mushrooms. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese and potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
