1 pork roast or 1 beef roast 1+ bottle of bar-b-q sauce
Cook the roast in the slow cooker until done. (Or you can use a left-over roast). Remove meat from the slow cooker; allow it to cool. Using a fork or your fingers shred the meat. Return the meat to the empty slow cooker. Add the bar-b-q sauce to your taste. Cook on low until heated through. Serve on buns.
