(2) 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
6 or 8 oz. ready-to-use graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium. Add eggs and blend. Pour into crust and bake 40 min. until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Variations:
Lemon - stir 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel into batter

Chocolate chip - stir 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips and sprinkle 1/4 c. before baking

Pumpkin - Mix 1/2 c. canned pumpkin/ 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and a dash each of ground cloves and nutmeg in with cream cheese mixture

Candy Bar - Sprinkle 1 c. chopped chocolate covered candy bars (3 or 4 bars) before baking
