1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Stir eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin together. Add all dry ingredients. Pour into greased and floured pans. For a tube pan, bake 1 hour; 2 loaf pans bake 45 min. Test with a knife.

I use loaf pans and usually have to bake it an hour or more. This comes from my Mom, and is a big favorite for the holidays.
