2 cans each of light red and dark red kidney beans
as much ground beef (cooked) as your heart does or does not desire
2 Diced green peppers
1 Diced any variety onion (I like red)
3-4 stalks chopped celery
2 cans diced tomatoes (I like the pre-seasoned ones from Del Monte, Onion & Chile)
1 can tomato sauce
Pepper, Garlic, Cumin, Oregano, & Thyme to taste. If you like spicy - I add TONS of cayenne pepper

Cook in crockpot 4-6 Hours on high or 8 on low.

I like cheese and sour cream on top

This is probably the most flexible recipe that I have from the ingredients down to the cooking time.

Haha. The smaller ones or one each of the big ones. I guess I didn't think of that. I can never find the light red in the big can and I usually buy all of the organic ones when they are on sale. I'm a hoarder of cheap food
