1lb hot sausage
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Let the sausage and cheese warm to room temp then mix with your hands

Add the Bisquick and work in with your hands

Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls

Bake 10-15 minutes at 350º or until light golden brown.

You can serve hot or leave out all dayººº
