24 shrimp (16-20 count) with tail unpeeled and butterflied
8 oz. lump crabmeat
1/8 lb butter
1-1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. mushroom soup
4 oz. heavy cream
Can of Bread crumbs, very fine

Seasonings to taste:
Garlic powder
Salt and white pepper
Paprika (for sprinkling)

Directions:
1. Lightly saute crabmeat in butter. Add cheese, soup, heavy cream and bread crumbs. Season. Increase bread crumbs if mixture seems too wet.

2. Shrimp are typically cooked and served with tails curving upwards and try to mold the stuffing into shrimp as much as possible, but it's ok if you can just get it to sit atop the bed of butterflied shrimp.

3. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350F about 10 minutes.
