20 large mushrooms
1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
1/4 finely chopped carrot
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 cup seasoned croutons
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
pan spray.

Directions:
Directions:
Clean mushrooms, and remove stems. Place caps on sprayed baking dish round sides down. In mixing bowl, combine broccoli, carrot, and onion. Finely crush croutons, and add to veggie mixture. Stir in cheese, and melted butter. Spoon equal amounts onto mushroom caps. Bake uncovered at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.

You can add 1/4 cup of chopped mushroom stem to the veggie mixture for more "mushroom-y" taste.
