3 T. butter or margarine
2 T. cider vinegar
3/4 t. fresh lemon juice
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. paprika
1/4 t. dry mustard
1 T. sugar (Splenda may be used)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all except beets until melted and smooth. Add 1 or 2 cans of sliced beets and heat slowly for 5 mins, stirring gently.
