"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Brown your hamburger meat on med. heat, season to taste
Drain off the fat and add 1/2 of the Enchilada Sauce to the meat in pan, simmer on low while you assemble the rest of the ingredients

Pour 1/3 of the enchilada sauce that's left in the bottom of the dish. Lay two corn tortillas on top of the sauce trying to cover as much as possible. Now pour half of the hamburger on top, spread around. Put a layer of cheese. Repeat the layers. Make the top layer sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 until casserole is bubbling and cheese is melted on top.
