1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 C Water
1 t salt
2 t Chinese Five Spice Powder
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/2 t black pepper
4 C Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter large baking sheet. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add brown sugar, water, salt and spices. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add pecans to mixture and cook until syrup thickly coats nuts, stirring often (~5min). Transfer nuts to baking sheet. Bake until golden (~10min). Cool and serve
