2 heads romaine-wash and tear into bite size pieces
to 1 cup pecan halves (toasted)
2 oranges peeled and sectioned (I usually cut the sections into half)


cup white vinegar
cup sugar (optional)
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
red onion chopped
tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp water

Mix all ingredients for dressing in blender and toss with romaine, orange and pecans.
