3-4 lbs. chicken tenders
12 0z jar Apricot Preserves...(or Orange Marmalade)
2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1 pkg. long grain and wild rice...(or egg noodles)
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400
Bake chicken tenders 15 minutes.
Mix Apricot Preserves, wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
Cook rice according to pkg. directions.
Add onion and chicken flavoring, of desired.
Spoon mixture over cooked chicken tenders and bake 20 minutes longer, basting occasionally. Stir frozen peas into rice (or heat and serve on side) Serve chicken tenders and sauce with rice and peas.
