2 T. Lime Juice
1 T. Mayonnaise
2t. Honey Mustard
t. Salt
1/4 t. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
C. Olive Oil
2 C. Diced cooked Chicken
1 Cucumber, Peeled and Diced
1 Red Bell Diced
2 T. Mined Red Onion
1 Large Mango peeled and sliced (optional)
2 t. Chopped fresh tarragon, Chives, or Basil
lbs. mixed Salad Greens

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together lime juice, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Add oil slowly while whisking. Toss chicken, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, mango and tarragon w/ half of the dressing. Toss greens into remaining dressing.
