1 lb. Ground Beef
2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Divided
1 (15 oz.) Container Ricotta Cheese
c. Grated Parmesan Cheese Divided
1/4 c. Chopped Parsley
1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
1 (26 oz.) Jar Sauce
1 c. Water
12 Lasagna Noodles, Uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat in large skillet. Mix 1 1/4 c of mozzarella, ricotta, 1/4 c. Parmesan, parsley and egg until well blended. Mix meat and spaghetti sauce. Pour water into empty sauce jar, cover and shake. Add to skillet and stir until blended. Spread 1c. of meat , cheese and noodles in layers while sprinkling the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cover w/ foil. Bake for 45 min, remove foil and bake 15 min longer.
