1/4 C. Butter
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Lemon Gelatin
t. Ground Cinnamon
7 Golden Delicious Apples, Peeled, Cored and Quartered
(15 oz.) Pkg. Pie Crust
1 C. Cool Whip Topping
10 in. Oven proof nonstick skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in 10 in skillet. Add dry gelatin mix and cinnamon. Cook and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Arrange ingle layer of apples, cut-sides down on bottom of skillet. Top w/ apples. Cook apples for 20 min or until apple begins to soften, and gelatin mixture starts to thicken. Place pie crust over apples, place skillet in oven. Bake for 20 min or until crust in golden/ apples are tender.
