1 lb. ground beef ¼ t. salt ½ onion chopped 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) tomato soup 1 C. chunky salsa ½ C. water 1 C. corn 8 corn tortillas cut into 1 inch pieces 1 C. shredded cheese
Brown beef and onion together a in skillet and season with salt. Drain off fat. Add soup, salsa, water, corn, half of the cheese and tortillas. Heat to a boil, cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, cook until cheese melts.
