1 t. salt
1 T. margarine
1 (12oz.) bag of medium width egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8oz. sour cream (add 12-16 oz. can for richer taste)
t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt, margarine, egg noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water. Cook 7-8 minutes or until done. Prepare the sauce while the noodles are cooking. Brown beef, then add remaining ingredients.
Pour sauce over drained noodles and mix just until noodles are coated.
If it seems too stiff you can add a little milk. Serve immediately.
