1 lb. ground sausage
1/4 cup of butter
4 cups of sliced zucchini
2 large chopped onions(about 2 1/2 cups)
2 eggs
2 tbsp parsley
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can crescent rolls (8 oz refrigerated pack)

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 11x7 inch baking pan. Brown sausage and drain. Melt butter in a medium pan and add zucchini and onions. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes. In a large bowl whisk eggs, parsley, mustard, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in sausage, zucchini mixture and all the cheese. Set aside. Unroll crescent rolls dough and press into the bottom and up the sides of the baking dish. Pour the zucchini mixture over the rolls. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
