2 c plain flour(sifted)
1 T sugar
1 t soda
1 egg
1/2 c oil
2 cups buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
sift all dry ingredient's together in a bowl. Add buttermilk,oil,egg and stir gently. Stirring too much will cause flat pancakes. After mixing pour 1/4 c of batter on flat hot plate. cook until you see holes. Flip them over until they are done. Do not mash them down. If you want you can add bananas to this before cooking an have bananas pancakes. You can put Mrs. butterworth syrup or open a can of cream of coconut and heat in microwave.
