1/2 cup chopped pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 links Portuguese linguisa smoked

1 beef bouillon cube
3 cans diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
dash pepper
4 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cut linguisa into small pieces and fry until done.
In pot, put peppers, onions, bouillon cube, diced tomatoes and salt and sugar. Cook to a boil. Then simmer about 10 minutes. After it has simmered then add linguisa and rice. Mix well together.
