1 1/2 lbs. chicken wings. I cut the ends of the wings off and throw away, then cut the other in half.
Marinade for wings:
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. fresh ginger minced
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. rice vinegar
Mix the above ingredients together and pour over chicken wings. Cover and place in refrigerator, the longer it marinates the better (3 hrs-overnight). After chicken has marinated, place in pot and bring to boil, then turn down and simmer for 15 minutes.

In deep skillet, place 2 tsp. oil and let it get hot. Add garlic, chicken, wine (sherry), hot sauce and salt and pepper as needed. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Chicken (removed from marinade)
1 large clove of garlic minced
2 tbsp.sherry
Hot sauce to taste
