9 oz Cool whip
16 oz cottage cheese (small curd)
6 oz orange jello (dry)
1 can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 can pineapple chunks(drained)

Directions:

Mix all together and put in refrigerator atleast 1 hr prior to serving.

I like this because it's quick. You can subsitute cool whip and cottage cheese ingredients to fat free or low fat and/or sugar free jello.
I have also had it mixed with other flavors of jello but I prefer the orange.
