"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
This takes a little time to prepare, but it is really good and keeps in the freezer for a while. I have never used fresh strawberries; I like the added sugar content in the frozen strawberries in juice. I thaw the strawberries but do not drain.
