5 lbs Roma Tomatoes
5 Cloves Garlic
1 large Vidalia Onion
1 bunch Cilantro
4 Jalapeno Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Broil Tomatoes until skins are charred

In cast iron pan, char the Jalapenos, garlic (with skins on), and sliced onion

Remove skins from tomatoes, stems from Jalapenos and skins from garlic

In food processor, combine garlic and jalapenos. Add Tomatoes. Chop charred onions and cilantro and mix in bowl with tomatoe, garlic, and jalapeno mix.

Serve with tortilla chips or on side of "Beef Fajita Buritos"
