Tenderloin
5 cloves Garlic
1 Cup Soy Sauce
Cup Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped Garlic, Soy Sauce and Honey

Cut tenderloin into long, thin slices that can be easily skewered

Place into Soy mixture and let marinate for at least 20 minutes and up to 2 hours.

Skewer each slice and grill quickly over very hot indoor grill or cast iron pan.
