Fresh tomatoes, sliced thick Soft cream cheese Green onions, chopped Flour Egg/milk mixture Bread crumbs and parmesan cheese mixture Butter
Mix cream cheese and green onions and spread between two tomato slices. Dip in flour, dredge in egg/milk mixture. Roll in equal amounts of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and sauté in butter until brown.
