6 apples; peeled, cored and thinly sliced 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup milk 4 eggs 1 cup flour 1/4 cup butter Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Toss apples with sugar and cinnamon in large bowl. Mix milk and eggs adding flour. Melt butter in 10 inch iron skillet over medium heat. Add apple mixture. Cook, stirring often until sugar is melted, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour batter over mixture. Bake at 425 until is puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Removed from pan within 10 minutes.
