1 pint sour cream
1 lb. cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar (I use turbinado or brown)
2 sticks melted butter
1 cup golden raisins
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 lb. cooked egg noodles
stick melted butter
3 T. brown sugar
3 cups corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook egg noodles with a pinch of salt until al dente. Mix first seven ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Fold in noodles. Bake in buttered 13x9 baking pan for 20 minutes. While kugel is cooking, mix last 3 ingredients, partially crushing corn flakes. Spread corn flake mixture over kugel. Bake additional 25 minutes until golden brown. Eat!
