1 baked 9" pie shell
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/4 C. honey
4 C. sliced fresh peaches
1/2 C. sour cream
2 T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream until stiff; carefully drizzle 1/4 C. honey into cream, 1 T. at a time, folding until mixed.
Slice peaches, fold in sour cream and 2 T. honey.
Fill pie shell starting with whipped cream, then peach mixture, then the other half of the whipped cream.
Serve within two hours.
