Ingredients:  
1 16 oz.. can pork and beans (remove the "pork" and discard)
2 small Apples, cored and cubed
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart casserole with lid.
2. Microwave on High 4 minutes (750w oven).
3. Stir.
4. Microwave on High 4 more minutes, until apples are cooked and rise to the surface.
Serve hot.
Options: Add 2 Tbsp. raisins before cooking.
Substitute vegetarian beans for pork and beans to cut fat.
Omit brown sugar if sweeter canned beans are used.
