My wife taught me the four basic food groups several years after we were married....( she used to cook ALL the time). Now it's when the" boy's" come home. Thank God for kids...I would never get a home cooked meal. She considers frozen dinners from Publix a home cooked meal. The basic food groups are as follows:
1. Take Out
2. Drive Through
3. Home Delivery
4. Microwave Only (Her favorite)

Personal Notes:
On her behalf she did (past tense) used cook. In fact she did it quite well. I am looking forward to her trying some of these new and old recipes as soon as the ink dry's.
