1 pkg. corn tortillas
1 can enchilada mild sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup oil
3 T. flour
chopped onions
1 lb. ground beef
chopped olives (small can)
cheddar cheese (lg. size) shredded about 4-6 cups

Directions:
Directions:
Make sauce. Heat 1/4 cup oil and add flour. Stir in ketchup, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Cook ground beef, drain and set aside. Cook tortillas in skillet in a bit of oil, 10 seconds on each side. Put on paper towels. Spread 1 T. sauce over tortillas, fill with beef, chopped onions and chopped olives. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Roll up and put in pan. When all in pan, pour some sauce, beef, onion, olives and more cheese all over.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
