1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 junior size baby food carrots
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs and oil, sift baking powder, soda, flour and cinnamon together.
Add first mixture, folding in pineapple
Bake@350 degrees in 2 greased 9 inch cake pans
for 35-40 minutes

3 ounce pkg of cream cheese( room temp)
1/2 stick oleo( room temp)
3 tsp of vanilla
powdered sugar enough to spreading consistency
