4 Medium green peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 T. butter
1 can (20 oz.) condensed tomato soup
2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove tops and seeds from peppers. Cook in boiling salt water about 5 minutes then drain. Brown beef and fry onions in butter until tender. Stir in 1/2 can soup and remaining ingredients. Spoon meat mixture into peppers. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Heat remaining soup and serve over peppers.
