Boil noodles until done. Drain colander and return noodles to pot. In separate bowl, mix egg, flour, and mild together. Add macaroni. Cut cheese into small squares and add to macaroni. Continue to stir. Pour into Pyrex pan. If desired, sprinkle shredded cheese on top and brown.
