5 lb bag of potatoes 1 stick of butter 16 oz of sour cream 3-4 cups of milk salt and pepper to taste onion bacon cheese optional
wash potatoes dry wrap in foil bake at 350 for 45 minutes unwrap potatoes cut in half hollow potatoeskins mash potatoe butter sour cream milk salt and pepperadd options fill each potatoe skin top with a pat of butter and paprica bake at 350 for 10 minutes
