4 large chicken breasts, 2 T of chicken better than bouillon, 11/2 cup shredded cheese, 1 pack of broccoli cuts and rice

Directions:
Directions:
boil 4 large chicken breasts with better than bouillon and salt and pepper. Boil them until they float to the top. Remove chicken breasts and put them to the side. Then use your broth to cook your rice in. Make rice according to the directions on the box. Cook broccoli in microwave. You then cut your chicken up in very small pieces. When rice is done stir the cheese in, add the chicken and the broccoli. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in 9X13 pan and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 minutes on 350 degrees.
