Sauce:
1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup (depending on how much sauce you want)
8-16 oz sour cream
2-4 Tbl milk
tsp pepper
1 cup shredded chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a medium pan and warm on stove. Make desired amount of rice (I usually do 6 cups water and 3 cups of rice and use the extra for dessert milk, sugar and rice.) Put the following ingredients in small bowls on the table, add others your family likes.

Onions
Tomatoes
Celery
Pineapple
Coconut
Peas
Raisins
Cheese
Chinese Noodles

Start with a rice base and sauce. Then add whatever toppings you prefer.
