1 medium head of cabbage
1 medium onion
2 large tomatoes
mayonnaise
Lots of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage, tomatoes and onion into very small pieces. Mix cabbage, tomatoes and onion together and then add mayonnaise. Add the same amount of mayonnaise you would use it you were making your own Cole slaw. Everybody likes things differently. Add lots of pepper as this is one of the ingredients that makes the recipe. Add salt as desired.

My father used to make this recipe for all of our family events and it was always a hit. The tomatoes add a unique taste. Also adding a lot of pepper makes it a bit spicier than usual.
